Cozy character house overlooking the Semois

This cozy character house 'LES ROCAILLES' in Poupehan (Bouillon) is located at the end of a dead end street on the outskirts of the forest overlooking the Semois. The kitchen offers all the contemporary comforts and in the living space you can relax on cold days at the wood stove enjoying film or series on the large smart TV. In short, this holiday home is ideal for a family, cycling, fishing (if fishing license) or hiking stay in an enchanting natural environment. The space The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, 2 refrigerators, 1 with freezer compartment, coffee maker and espresso machine. In the living room, you can spend cozy days by the wood-burning stove and enjoy a movie or series on the large flat-screen TV. The house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Room 1 has a double bed of 160 by 200 cm and a bunk bed with 2 beds of 90 by 200 cm. The second bedroom has a double bed of 160 by 200 cm and is equipped with a sink with mirror. The third bedroom has a double bed of 140 by 200 cm. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the basement, a second shower is available as well as a lockable garage to store bicycles. There is a charging station to charge electric vehicles. Guest access Guests can check in on their own with a key safe. The entire house is available to guests. Other things to note Arrival always from 4 p.m. Departure on Sunday at the latest at 8 p.m. On Mondays and Fridays, the departure is at 10 a.m. at the latest. There are several board games available. In the garage, there is a charging station to charge electric and/or hybrid cars. Agreements on charging and the price per charged Kwh must be made in advance. We ask for a deposit of 200 euros, to be paid prior to the stay. The surplus will be refunded after the stay. It is not allowed to charge electric and/or hybrid cars via the electricity grid of the house. The consumption of energy is included in the rental price.
