The space Welcome to your home away from home! Our spacious 2,000 sq. ft. apartment is situated in a secure residential building that is perfect for families and remote workers. With lightning-fast internet speeds of +800Mbps and WiFi mesh coverage throughout the entire apartment, you'll have all the connectivity you need to stay productive and connected. As soon as you step inside, you'll be impressed by the abundance of amenities that come with your stay. You'll also have access to a shared gym, a garden/play area for some added relaxation and fun, and two parking spaces for your convenience. Dining Room and Living Room: - There is a dining room inside the kitchen space and the main one besides the living room. Sofa in the living room was custom built as the space was too large for a regular sofa. You’ll be enjoying a 65” 4K Smart TV in the comfort of this living room. Netflix, Disney+ and HBOmax subscriptions are enabled. Rooms: - Main bedroom has a King size bed, private bathroom and 55" 4K SmartTV, also with Netflix, Disney+ and HBOmax subscriptions enabled. Of course, YouTube and or other services such as BloombergTV, and alike are also available. You’ll be delighted with a very spacious walk-in closet and blackout curtains. All rooms have blackouts. The other 2 rooms share a complete bathroom. Both rooms have very spacious closets, one of them has a king-size bed. Kitchen: - Fully equipped kitchen with double-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, regular oven, 5 burner gas range and extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plates, and almost everything you will need. Laundry Room: - Beyond the kitchen, separated by a non-see-through glass door, the laundry room with a separate industrial-grade front loading washer and dryer.
