First time rental. Rarely used, like-new condition. It was our vacation home. Now, we are willing to share it. Top floor with golf course & ocean view. 5 minutes walk to Khao Takiab beach. Brand new 55’ Samsung smart TV. New tinted windows. The mattress, blockout curtains and blinds are all high quality. kitchen ware, plates and towels are not cheap materials. We won’t rent out our condo for a lower price. We want to share our home with people who appreciate nicer things. No smoking, please. Other things to note Electricity and water are not included. The staff will take pictures of the meters upon check in, and deduct the bills from your deposit upon checkout. We kindly ask for a 5000 THB deposit upon check in, in case of any damages caused by the renters, we will use it towards it. We don’t offer WiFi because we can’t sign a one year contract since we don’t live there. Plus, we are not sure when we will sell our property, therefore, we are sorry for not offering free WiFi. But you can easily get a SIM card from AIS, it’s about 600 THB a month. We use that to watch Netflix when we are there. Other providers don’t seem to work well in our building.
