Important: All outlets in this apartment are 220v. Fully designed and decorated to make you feel at home during your trip to São Paulo. Guest access The building has parking, but it is not included in the stay (they charge separately, directly there). Our guests have access to the fitness center, pay-per-use laundry and lobby. The reception is open 24/7 Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not).
