New 1-room apartment with kitchen and private bathroom

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, dressers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large box spring bed is also part of the furnishings. We wish you a pleasant holiday The space The whole apartment is completely new. It has its own access via our garden. The basement apartment has a great advantage that it allows for an even climate. Even in hot summer days it is pleasantly cool and in winter it is pleasantly warm. Lübeck and its surroundings: The old town is about 3 km from the apartment and easily accessible by bus ( bus stop in front of the door ). There is 2 large shopping center right nearby, once the ( Rewe Center ) 500m and the ( Citti Park ) 1.5 km. The beach ( Baltic Sea ) of Lübeck is located in Travemünde and is about 20 km away. The beach area only takes a journey time of about 20 minutes. Since the accommodation is only 2-3 minutes away from the A1 motorway, it is the ideal point of view and quickly to get to other places. The metropolis of Hamburg is only a good 40 minutes away. Amenities of the apartment : Equipped with a kitchen including cutlery, plates, pots, and pans. There is also an induction field, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mini oven. A private toilet with hairdryer and sink. There is also a private shower in the apartment. The room has a TV and Wi-Fi access. There is a large 1.8 x 2 m box spring bed, as well as 2 dressers for storing personal items. In addition, each guest is provided with new towels ( 2 small and 2 large ), as well as a rug and a dish towel. The beds are also always freshly made with fresh covers. If you come from the A1, you have to take the exit " Moisling " in Lübeck from there are only 2 km to the Ziegelstraße/Wachthauskoppel to the apartment. There is a lot of parking on both sides in Ziegelstraße (height of house number 187). ( right in front of the door ) Arrival with public transport. The bus and train central station are about 2 km from our Airbnb. To arrive by bus, you must take line 11/21/31 in the direction of Klein Wesenberg for line 11 and in the direction of Citti Park for line 21. The 3 lines run every 10 minutes alternately during the week. The stop for the exit is then " Rotenhauserfeld ". The bus station is about 50 meters from the our entrance in Ziegelstraße /Wachthauskoppel. Other things to note The established house rules apply. Pets are also allowed by arrangement. There is no smoking in the entire house / room. Outside the door, an ashtray is ready for you.
