The space 5 Bedrooms: 2 x king bedrooms and 1 x queen room upstairs. Downstairs has a bedroom with 2 x king singles and one with 2 sets of bunks. Every mattress is comfy and new, with crisp cotton bedding. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. The two downstairs bedrooms can be joined together by opening the folding doors to create an epic kids room sleeping 6. This area adjoins the playroom with toys, foosball table, board games and books. Together, this area makes a fun kid zone to keep them entertained. The beach is a very short stroll from the house, which is secluded at the end of a no-through road that adjoins the creek. The area around the house is filled with great walking trails and is known for native wildlife sightings including koalas, echidnas and even dolphins. It’s also an easy stroll to barista-made coffee and a cooked breakfast. The large upstairs living area is complete with a bar and opens out into the sunny deck with top-of-the range Weber bbq. There’s leather couches, a huge tv and indoor-outdoor beanbags. Downstairs you’ll find another living area with huge comfy couch, a dining area seating 10 adults with a gas fireplace and a fully equipped and well-stocked modern kitchen. There’s a separate laundry with brand new washer and dryer, and a shared modern bathroom on each level. Outside, the yard is fully enclosed and safe for a furry family member, with a fire pit in the back courtyard.
