Ground floor apartment for two people in quiet Miatorp. You can walk to Råå's beach in 15 minutes, where you will also find lovely restaurants and outdoor dining. Just outside the apartment, you will find bus line 1 (Albrogatan) that takes you to Helsingborg Central Station in 7 minutes and Råå center in 5 minutes. Ramlösa train station is 10 minutes away and will take you to Copenhagen airport in 1 hour. Parking space is included in the price. The space The apartment is a 2-room apartment of about 50 sqm. Bedroom with a king-size bed, living room, bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen. If you want to stay more than 2 people, it is possible to make the sofa bed for 1 person (although we do not recommend it as it is somewhat hard). Balcony of 30 sqm with dining area and barbecue as well as access to the garden outside. If you want to use a washing machine, there is a common one in the basement that you can borrow by making a reservation. Guest access The whole apartment is yours. You'll even have access to Wi-Fi, clean towels and sheets, Apple TV connected to Netflix, HBO, Disney, etc. However, the garden and laundry room are shared with other tenants. Other things to note We rent out our apartment when we are away on a trip or for work. This means that our private belongings remain in the apartment, such as food in the refrigerator or items in the bathroom cabinet. But of course, we will arrange for you to have room for your food in the fridge.
