Distributed on two floors, the residence is spacious and well organized. It has private parking, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, as well as 1 bedroom/office, offering flexibility for different hosting profiles. In all, there are 4 well-distributed bathrooms, ensuring comfort even for large groups. The accommodation has 6 double beds, 1 single bed and 8 extra single mattresses, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably. The living room is spacious and equipped with TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, with a stable signal available in all rooms of the house, ideal for remote work, studies or entertainment. The kitchen is complete, equipped with essential utensils for preparing meals, and the service area has a washing machine, bringing more practicality to extended stays. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring full privacy during the stay. All the spaces described in the listing, both indoor and outdoor areas, will be fully available, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, leisure area, swimming pool, barbecue grill, bar and private parking. Check-in is simple and convenient, allowing guests to enter the house easily and safely. During the stay, I will be available for support and clarification of doubts whenever necessary, always respecting the privacy of the group. Other things to note The main beds will be provided with bedding, including fitted sheets, top sheets, pillows and pillowcases. We also provide bath towels, 1 single bed towel and 2 double bed towels. We do not provide blankets, linens for extra mattresses, or towels beyond the amount corresponding to the main beds. For added comfort, we recommend that guests bring these additional items if they intend to use them during their stay. We kindly ask that the sound limits and quiet hours be respected, contributing to a good coexistence with the neighborhood. The property is not allowed for parties or events with loud noise, and is suitable for family stays, groups, and leisurely moments.
