This home offers a peaceful suburban environment while still being within easy driving distance of shopping centres, restaurants, parks and local amenities. Your Private Queen Room with Ensuite: This spacious downstairs queen bedroom with private ensuite provides comfort and privacy away from the upstairs guest rooms. Transport & Location: A free community shuttle bus operates within Grand View Estate and connects to Rockbank Train Station (around 10 minutes) during morning and afternoon services, providing access to Melbourne CBD. To maintain a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for everyone, the space is currently suitable for female guests only. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for travellers visiting Truganina and Melbourne’s west. Guest access Guests have access to the fully equipped kitchen, downstairs living room, dining area, shared workspace/study area, laundry, and the backyard. The backyard includes outdoor seating and a BBQ area where guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the space.
