Robbie's Retreat has stylish and spacious accommodation, with access to a well stocked games and exercise log cabin. Enjoy relaxing in the morning sun with a coffee while listening to birdsong, or kicking back in the evening with a cool refreshment in the spacious garden and comfortable seating area. The property has private and secure parking for up to 3 guest cars, a large smart TV downstairs and TVs in each bedroom and a large secure shared garden. sleeping on the sofas is not permitted. The space Downstairs you will find a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a downstairs shower room. There are bifold doors that open fully and lead onto the spacious patio dining area. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the large garden there is a fully equipped games room with a pool table, board games and children's toys. There is also some exercise equipment. Guest access Robbie's Retreat is a private annex adjoining the owner's property. It has a shared porch with a private front door inside. It also benefits from a large shared garden. Other things to note This property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms. Sleeping on sofas is not permitted. I am able to provide 2 extra z-beds in the downstairs space at an extra charge of £25 each per night.
