Cornhill Smithy

Located in the heart of Rhayader, the Cornhill Smithy offers self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people. Dating back to the 16th century, it combines atmospheric original features with all of the modern home comforts. It is the perfect base for exploring the stunning landscapes of the Elan Valley and Mid-Wales. Set in the courtyard of the former Cornhill Inn, the Smithy is ideal for groups, families and couples looking to experience the breath taking countryside around Rhayader. The space The Smithy consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The 5 Bedrooms are made up of 3 twin rooms (two rooms of which can be made into a superking & king) and a further 2 single rooms. There are 2 shower rooms. Under cover parking for a number of motor bikes and secure cycle storage. Other things to note Four legged friends are welcome. Just bring their own cozy bed, as we kindly ask they keep their paws off the furniture.
