Relax with the family in this centrally located house close to the River City Sport Complex. Enjoy the hot tub and spacious fenced in back yard which is perfect for children and pets. It contains a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea bar and frozen drink (Margarita) bar. Enjoy the fire pit and grill area as well as the horseshoe and corn hole areas. Each br contains a smart TV as well as 2 large screen TVs in lr and den. Enjoy the fireplace, foose ball and games. Free off road parking The space There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed with private bath. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and the 4 th has a full bed with top bunk. Each bedroom has its own style with smart TVs. The living room has a pull out queen bed. There are 2 full baths upstairs and a third 1/2 bath off the den. The den and living room have large screen smart TVs. Top bunk bed has 100 lb weight limit. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Richmond and Petersburg each 20 min drive and 45 min to Charlottesville. The hot tub is maintained at 80 deg to conserve energy but we can turn it up if you message me. See deck sign for further hot tub instructions. Quiet neighborhood. All TVs are smart TVs.
