Porthdy Coch is a 2 bedroom cedar wood lodge located on Brynowen holiday park. The space The property is all on one level. It has an entrance hall with storage space . The hallway leads into the large open plan living and dining area and the fully fitted kitchen equipped with all amenities. There is sufficient space to set up a work station if needed in the living area . Leading off the living space there is a short hallway leading to the main bathroom and the 2 bedrooms, The master bedroom with en suite and second bedroom with twin beds. The lodge has a large wrap-around composite decking with seating areas front and back, both with stunning view of the sea in front and the hills behind. The property is not suitable for children under 6 years. Guest access The Lodge has its own parking area with 6 steps leading up to the front deck and main access door. The host will provide a code for guests to access the key box located at the lodge. Other things to note Porthdy Coch is sited on Brynowen Holiday Park . Guests can use the bar and restaurant which is open during the holiday season (generally April to end of October) on the holiday park at no extra cost with access to restaurant and bar excludes the show bar . If guests wish to use the swimming pool, children activities and show bar with entertainment which the park offers during the holiday season (generally April to end of September ). this can be accessed by obtaining guest passes from the holiday park reception at a charge. Children under 3 years are free. Off peak essentially outside the school holidays 0-6 days £9.00 per person, 7 days 7 days £10 person. Peak season essentially school holidays (July to September) 0- 6 days £16.65, 7 days £18.50 .
