The space All rooms are decorated in bright colors. Most of all, you will find white as the basic tone in the rooms. Our idea is to convey a sense of relaxation and minimalism. Almost like on a cloud that slowly hovers over the idyllic landscape high in the blue sky. The apartment is divided into a small hallway, which is adjacent to a guest room with an en-suite bathroom and a modernly furnished and pastel-colored kitchen. The view from the kitchen falls into the light-flooded living room with a large roof terrace. The living room is equipped with white wooden furniture, exudes a rural charm and is equipped with amenities such as TV and underfloor heating. From the living room you can access a small bedroom. Here, too, the airy, light furnishing concept is reflected - 1 comfortable double bed for deep and dreamy nights and an open clothing system in which the choice of clothing is easy. Instead of the hustle and bustle and noise of the big city, now and then in the distance the call of an owl can be heard or deer can be seen. In the adjacent shower room, starting the morning is easy, as the cozy warmth of the underfloor heating and the subtle colors contribute to well-being. Guest access The spacious terrace invites you to sunbathe, read and meditate. The view from the terrace overlooks the hillside garden with a fireplace. From time to time, deer can be observed in the forest opposite and in a meadow. Other things to note The entrance to the Danube-Regen Cycle Path is about 200 m away and leads along the Menach into the surrounding area. Cultural-historical excursions to the university town of Straubing about 16 km or to the world cultural heritage of Regensburg about 50 km offer exciting variety to the idyllic village of Mitterfels. Nearby there are opportunities for forest bathing, meditation, courses for relaxation and stress reduction or mental training.
