Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retreat. This renovated (2024) 110 year old home is 5 minutes from Cedar Point, & downtown. Our relaxing 1st floor unit has everything a family could need: travel crib, high chair, full size bunk beds w/ twin trundle, double stroller & more. Queen bed in primary & pull out sectional in living room. Enjoy our snacks after a long day at the park. Save money on meals by using our well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances & ample seating. The space Our home is walking distance to multiple parks and a splash pad. There are plenty of things to do in the area! Enjoy our large comfortable living room with pull out sectional, 43 inch Amazon Fire smart TV and console filled with games and puzzles. Our dining room has a beautiful quartz peninsula with 4 bar stools for eating and has a foldable table and 4 chairs if eating at a table is more your style. You can also dim the pendant lights over the island or the chandelier. Our fully renovated kitchen has everything you could need with gas stove, above stove microwave, stainless steel fridge and dishwasher and tons of storage. Also, please take advantage of our complimentary snacks. Our fully renovated bathroom sees to your every need with a combination shower/tub, luxurious body wash, shampoo and conditioner and our toilet even includes a bidet attachment. Both of the bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains so that you can get a restful sleep day or night! The primary bedroom includes a queen bed with foam mattress and topper, bookshelf with an array of reading materials, dresser, hamper, and La-Z-Boy recliner. The bunk room includes full size bunks (top and bottom) as well as a twin size trundle. It also has a toy cabinet, night light and white noise machine. Guest access You will have full access to the main floor of the home. You will not have access to the second floor or the basement. Other things to note We kindly ask that you put your pets in crates when you are away to remove the risk of them making a mess in our home. If you need access to any of our kid friendly items (double stroller, pack n play, high chair, etc.) please let us know so that we can make sure those items are made available to you. We have a strict no smoking anywhere on the property rule. If we find any evidence of smoking on the property there will be a $500 fine issued. We also own the Yellow house next door so the driveway between the houses and the parking area behind the houses is shared between the 2 homes.
