The space Sunberry Farm 1: A Unique Farmstay Experience Welcome to Sunberry Farm 1, a cozy, one-of-a-kind villa that offers an immersive farmstay experience. Nestled overlooking a stunning valley and the Western Ghats, our farmstay allows you to reconnect with nature while being just 10 minutes from Panchgani town. The Space Sunberry Farm 1 is a 1.5-bedroom villa, one of three charming farm villas on our private family farm. It features: 1 Bedroom: Includes a window reading nook and a walk-in closet connected to the bathroom. 1 Loft Room: An open loft with two single beds, perfect for extra guests or children. 1 Bathroom: Conveniently accessible from the bedroom. The villa boasts a cozy sit-out area with an unobstructed view of the farm and the surrounding mountains. During strawberry season, you'll be greeted by fields of fresh strawberries right outside your door. We also cultivate a variety of fruits such as papayas, raspberries, mulberries, and guavas, along with crops and vegetables like wheat, cabbage, cucumber, and brinjal. Your stay includes a hearty breakfast each morning, and you're welcome to explore our farm at your leisure. We also offer delicious home-cooked meals for an additional fee (please inform us in advance if you're interested). The Farm Experience Sunberry Farms is our beloved private family farm, where we've spent countless seasons picking strawberries, enjoying fresh fruits from the trees, and playing with our friendly farm animals. We're excited to share this wholesome, back-to-roots experience with the Airbnb community. Guest Experience Our farm overlooks a picturesque valley, providing a serene backdrop for your stay. Whether you choose to walk to the edge of the property to admire the views or relax in your sit-out with a cup of chai, you'll find tranquility in every corner. During Your Stay A caretaker is on-site to assist with check-ins and any issues that may arise. Our family lives nearby in Panchgani, so while you’ll have plenty of privacy, help is always within reach. The villa is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a microwave, fridge, and hot water kettle for your convenience. Other Things to Note Our farmstay is designed for nature lovers seeking a unique farm experience. You can embark on a morning or evening trek, savor a cup of tea on the farm, and unwind in the sit-out. No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. You’re welcome to smoke outside in the sit-out area. (Please note, a fine of Rs.1000 will apply if this rule is not followed.) Quiet Hours: We observe a no loud noise policy after 10 PM to respect your neighbors' peace. Windows: If you leave the windows open, please ensure that rain does not get the floor or curtains wet. Pet Parents: Please be responsible for the cleanliness of our home and furniture, and do pick up after your pets.
