Climping 2 double rooms in shared house

2 double rooms , one ensuite within a shared house. 20 minutes to Goodwood and Chichester, 10 minutes to the beautiful market town of Arundel and a 20 minute walk to Climping beach or 5 minutes by car. Very peaceful location The space 2 double rooms in shared house. One room has kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room this room also has a smart tv. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and use of a private bathroom but it is not ensuite and has bath (no shower). Guests have use of a utility room with microwave and kettle and tea and coffee available. Use of the dining room and garden. There is parking available outside. This is a very peaceful quiet neighbourhood. Guest access Guests access via the main front door. Other things to note The lounge is a restricted area.
