The little house on the coast

Nestled amongst the trees, our little house awaits you! Lie down in a deckchair by the pond and relax to the sound of flowing water. Or choose the hammock in the shade of the trees for a short nap. Want to have fun: a game of pétanque or a game of ping-pong? And if you want to get out and about to discover our beautiful Franche-Comté, there are many hiking trails throughout our beautiful region as well as many places to visit. The space We bought this little house 15 years ago now. We renovated it with the help of our families and friends. We wanted to make it a simple, nice and charming place. We put a lot of heart and ardor into it. We feel very good there, you'll see... Our living room on the ground floor is spacious and pleasant. You will have a view of the large terrace or the pond (important information: our pond is not secured around and 1.20 m deep in the center) A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook good meals that you can serve on an extendable table that can accommodate up to 15 guests or on the terrace sheltered from the sun under an arbor. Arriving on the first floor by a staircase (which will have only one railing on the right side, not secured on the left side (Beware of young children), you can relax on the sofas to read, play board games or play a game of pool. Two bedrooms each with 1 bed 140/200 and 90/200 are accessible at this level. (photos bedroom 1 and 2) On the second floor is the third bedroom (photos of bedroom 3) with beds similar to the other two bedrooms. This room is under the roof, it is accessible by a small door, you have to bend to enter it and there is no headroom inside (1.50 meters at the level of the central beam, look carefully at the photos) To be reserved for children or teens who will have their own little corners!! Next to this room, you can lie in a hammock overlooking the billiard room to read a comic book… Outside, a large green space lined with trees will delight you for a nap in a hammock, a game of bowls, a game of ping pong or a barbecue with friends or family. Our little house on the coast will allow you to spend a gentle, calm and zen stay with the sound of water and birdsong... Other things to note The cellular network is a bit weak in the area, except for a few strategic locations that I will show you upon arrival. But fiber optic will allow you to access the internet without any problems. You'll need to make WhatsApp calls from the house. An extra bed is available on site, a second may be available upon request.
