Come and enjoy beautiful nature and creativity in a farmhouse on top of a picturesque little village in the depth of lower Bavaria, right next to a beautiful castle and beautiful views onto spacious and peaceful countryside. This is where art and nature lovers meet. A place to rest, soak in tranquility, beauty and peace. The space This is a spacious farm house where I live with my husband, my mum and my dad. My mum and dad live downstairs in their separat areas. There are a total of 4 guest rooms upstairs plus our private room and a shared spacious bath room with toilet, a huge bathtub with shower and 2 sinks. There is also another toilet and shower room with a sink on the bottom floor. The kitchen and the dining area are downstairs. These are shared by all members of the household and other guests. There is a separate fridge for guests. Outdoors there is large terrace with chairs and a big table and a beautiful view onto the fields and forests. Summertime there´s a pool that can be used, wintertime a sauna, that can be used for an additional charge. There is also an additional outdoor seating area at the side of the house. Umbrellas for shade are also available. Please be aware that there is one set of stairs to get to your room. Guest access You can use almost any space in the house except the private rooms of other guests and the family. The kitchen, a separate fridge, all cooking utensils, the indoor and outdoor seating areas can be used by guests but may also be used by family members and other guests. Tea, coffee, water and seasonings for cooking are available and can be used by the guests at any time. We would kindly ask not to cook or make loud noises in the kitchen after 10pm. During your stay Most times there is someone around the house. Otherwise you can reach us by phone in any case of emergency or questions. The house is spacious enough to enjoy solitude and peace if one wishes to be alone but also offers family and companionship if one wants to interact. Guests are always welcome to join family meals or use the spaces by themselves. Other things to note There is an artists workshop at the front of the house which can be booked for classes or painting activities. Please enquire from your host for more information. There are Mixed Media, Pastel and oil painting workshops available. We also have a non shed hypoallergenic Labradoodle called Cookie and a cat called Mogli. The pets are not allowed in the guest rooms but should you have severe allergies, let us know upon reservation.
