Guest access Guests will have 100% exclusive and private access to the entire interior of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and all interior spaces of the unit. The only things shared with the other unit in the complex are the entrance to the property, the parking lot and the general courtyard where that outdoor area is located. Osvaldo lives directly behind the house and is in charge of welcoming guests, assisting them during their stay, and also ensuring that the basic rules of coexistence are respected, to avoid problems with neighbors or with other guests staying at the same time. Finally, we want to clarify that, although the interior of the house is 100% private and exclusive for those who book, it is a property with another tourist unit on the same property. Therefore, some outdoor areas such as the entrance to the property, the parking lot and part of the general courtyard are shared. Even so, each accommodation has its own spaces for use, and the house maintains a comfortable and well-organized dynamic so you can enjoy your stay in peace.
