Penalties will be imposed if caught. · Bringing alcohol for minors is absolutely prohibited. Minors are not allowed to use after 22:00. · Eating is not allowed at the bridal table prepared as the main photo zone in Room C. (Applicable when using the bridal shower package) · Please refrain from eating Korean food with broth and red seasoning, and please pay special attention when eating. · Absolutely no eating after wearing a dress, and absolutely no eating on a sofa or bedding. Please be aware of this. (Applies to bridal shower package) · 2L food waste bags are provided. Please dispose of food waste generated beyond that. (Do not dispose of in the toilet in the building) ​ ⟡ Use of space ⟡ · After shooting, please organize the furniture and accessories to their original state for the next customers, and be sure to organize the garbage generated when using the space. · To prevent fire accidents and maintain indoor cleanliness, the interior is an absolute non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area behind the building or on the rooftop. In case of violation, immediate removal will be taken and the full amount of use will be non-refundable and compensation will be claimed. · Absolutely no use of firearms, firecrackers, or candles except for birthday candles. · Be sure to wear slippers inside the studio. It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes, and if you need to wear shoes during shooting, please make sure that the bottom is clean and tape it. · The styling of the props in the room may differ from the photos on the website depending on the circumstances. Please contact us in advance if you have any props that are absolutely necessary for the shooting. · CCTV is installed indoors except for the fitting space for fire prevention, safety and security. Internal CCTV is used for the purpose of preventing damage and theft, and confirming the number of people, and is not used for any other purpose. ⟡ Number of people and time of use ⟡ · The standard number of people is 4, the maximum number of people is 10, and the recommended number of people is 4-6. · Even if you leave earlier than the reservation time, the amount is calculated based on the reservation time. · The usage time is based on the check-in and check-out times, so it includes the cleaning time. · Request additional payment if you exceed the reserved time or the number of people. · Pets and infants are also included. ​ ⟡ Compensation for damage ⟡ · Please notify us in advance if you need to attach props to the wall. If the wall is damaged by the use of an unknown adhesive or 3M sticker, a recovery fee will be charged. · Please be careful not to spill drinks or food on fabric props or furniture, and only eat in designated areas. In case of fabric contamination by food, we will charge for laundry costs and damages accordingly. · In the event of damage or theft of furniture and accessories in the facility, we will claim compensation for the full price of the item and the resulting damage. · When accompanied by pets, please pay special attention to damage to furniture and accessories in the facility, especially mistakes in defecation. Please be sure to bring necessary supplies such as pads or diapers for defecation, and especially when accompanied by pets with marking habits, please be sure to wear diapers for defecation so that they do not mark furniture or walls. Please be careful not to damage your pet's nails when wearing a dress. In the event of damage to facilities such as dresses, furniture, accessories, walls, etc., we will claim recovery costs and compensation for damages. ​ ⟡ Check-in deposit and check-out arrangements ⟡ · The security deposit is 50,000 KRW. · After checking out, we will check for any violations of the guide and refund within 72 hours from the date of use. · Please organize it as much as possible when you enter the room. The deposit will not be refunded if garbage collection, damage or loss of property, original location of dress/furniture/props, stains, and marks are confirmed. · Please sort the recyclable waste in the separate collection box in front of the entrance, but please place the recyclable waste that is too large or has food that smells on one side. · 10L of general garbage bags and 2L of food waste bags are provided. Please dispose of garbage that exceeds the provided garbage bag individually. · Please put the food waste in the provided food waste bag, put it in the food waste bin as a bag, and close the lid. · Be sure to turn off the air conditioner and close the front door. · Please be sure to follow the promised check-out time. An additional 30-minute charge will be incurred for more than 10 minutes of use. ​ ⟡ Parking Information ⟡ · Parking availability: Please use the underground parking lot in the building. It is available regardless of the number of parking lots. · Parking fee: The parking fee for 1 car will be paid back only during the studio usage time. · If you attach a receipt for the parking settlement amount and leave a text within 3 days from the date of use, the payback will be processed within a few days. · Parking fees for hours exceeding the studio usage time will not be paid back. ​ * Please be sure to read the precautions before use.
