Apartment in a prime area of Praia dos Ingleses, condominium with children's and adult pool, tennis court and soccer field, with use allowed to guests upon reservation. I provide tennis rackets and balls, bedding, table and bath linens and pillows, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and a cooler. The apartment overlooks the ocean and to get to the beach, just cross the street and the deck (50 meters). A covered parking space. Apartment on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Pool bar open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, another bathroom in the hallway, a living room combined with a kitchen, a balcony and a laundry area with a washing machine. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room. There is a barbecue grill on the balcony. Except for the balcony, which is all glazed, (with the possibility of opening the upper part), in the other rooms there is a protective screen on the windows.
