Relax in a beautiful farmhouse in the countryside in the city of Artur Nogueira, which is only 10 minutes from the city of Holambra. Enjoy a quiet , peaceful , secure environment in a gated community with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Very close to the asphalt, a dirt road of only 100 meters, easy to get to!!! We offer : Towels and Bedding for your convenience ! The space 1 Large Bedroom with ceiling fans, a double bed and a single bed The large and integrated living room with the kitchen ,a single bed, ceiling fan and TV. Kitchen : refrigerator , microwave , coffee machine , rice tree, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen basics. We don't have a stove!!! We offer towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets!! (Not changed daily, changes to be arranged for longer stays) Guest access Access only to the house in the back, the house in the front (where an elderly couple lives) is not available, use of the swimming pool is not allowed (extra fee) The houses are on the same plot of land, but totally independent. Other things to note The farm is in a rural area, but very close to the city and easy to access, 10 minutes from downtown Holambra and Artur Nogueira. Access is very easy, as it is 100 m from the road (Artur Nogueira to Cosmópolis)
