This modest cottage’s charming features include a studio style bedroom in the main house and an additional cozy, room outside. Just a short drive from downtown Livingston Manor, you can enjoy the peace and serenity of lush Catskills nature while being a quick trip from all the amenities it has to offer. The space *Please note for the winter months, the out building is not insulated and does not have heat. The open concept bungalow is small but mighty; an oasis of peace with a neighboring 11 acres of undeveloped land. Enjoy the record player, outdoor patio, fire pit and pick vegetables from the garden while you listen to the birds sing. Soak in the newly installed WOOD FIRED hot tub. Or, take the 7 minute drive to downtown Livingston Manor for delicious food, drink, and shopping! Ideal for couples and friends. The main house bedroom has sliding doors to allow for open studio style living, the guest house is flooded with sunshine and lends itself to a perfect nights sleep surrounded by the sounds of nature. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, star gazing and sitting by the fire. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen and dining area adjoined to the charming living space perfect for playing games, reading, having a drink. The bathroom includes a large tub and ample space for your routine. The surrounding area has close by unlimited Catskill nature to explore. The outside room does not have a bathroom, those staying in there must come inside for bathroom access. As mentioned this room has a heater in it but it’s not strong enough to keep it comfortable in the winter months. There is a trundle bed outside as well, I do not include that in the listing but something to note. Additionally, it is surrounded by woods and nature - you will encounter wildlife and the occasional, unavoidable bug, spider web. Please also note that there is a 75 dollar per fee per pet which I pass along to my cleaner.
