Located in the heart of Crystal Mountain Resort on the 10th fairway of the Betsie Valley Golf Course, this spacious home is within walking distance to the main resort hub, or ride the COMPLIMENTARY 24/7 SHUTTLE to anywhere in the resort. The walk-out / wrap-around second level deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage and watch golfers play the 10th hole, or x-country skiers as they ski by. You get to enjoy the same view from the walkout lower level covered patio. Stackable resin chairs and tables let you spread out or enjoy the firepit outside. (FIREWOOD PROVIDED) The Weber charcoal grill is conveniently located on the 2nd level deck, right out the patio doors from the kitchen. Hi speed WIFI throughout the home keeps everyone connected. There's plenty of room to spread out with 2 comfy gathering areas overlooking golf course. There are 6 bedrooms (2 on each level) and 3 bathrooms (1 on each level: 2 full baths and one 3/4 ). Comfy beds sleep up to 20 in 13 separate beds, as well as a portable Pak-N-Play for infants & toddlers. The main (second) level living room has a wood burning stone fireplace and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. Lots of seating including a Power Reclining Lift Chair, Cable, & SMART TV. Dining table provides adequate seating for large groups. Kitchen has updated appliances, Keurig & gourmet drip coffee/tea maker with milk frothier, crock pot, griddle, toaster & fully stocked cabinets with lots of pans, dishes, glasses, etc. The lower level family room also has a SMART TV and a game/dining table. The sofa is a comfy queen size pullout sleeper and there is lots of seating including a swivel rocker and rocking recliner. The lower level entry area has lots of coat hooks & acts as secure storage for golf/ski equipment as well as outdoor access without using exterior stairs. Guest access OUR HOME IS YOUR HOME! Spread out and use the entire space all to yourself. A lock box gets you in when you arrive and there are keys for you to take with you as you explore the resort and Northern Michigan. Looking for a rubber band, tape or a twist tie? Look there before you run to a store. Who knows what you'll find. We try to keep things like plastic wrap and aluminum foil, baggies, etc., and you may even find coffee or condiments, if our managers know they're not old.
