Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including all rooms and facilities. This is a private, entire-house rental with its own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy and convenience throughout your stay. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb-style accommodation is different from a typical hotel. Please read the following carefully and understand the house rules in advance so that both guests and hosts can have a pleasant experience. ● Please make sure you can be contacted through Airbnb messages during your stay. ● Under Japanese law, all foreign guests are required to submit passport information and other guest details for all staying guests in advance through the accommodation form. If this information is not submitted in advance, you will need to enter it on the tablet in front of the property at check-in, which may take a long time before you can enter the room. ● This is an unmanned property, so check-in is self-service. If you plan to check in after 9:00 PM, please contact us in advance. When you enter your reservation number and other required information on the tablet in front of the property, your key code will be displayed. Check-in: From 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Due to the cleaning schedule, early check-in and late check-out are generally not available. Early check-in may be possible depending on the schedule on the day. However, late check-out cannot usually be accepted because it affects the cleaning staff’s schedule. If you are unable to leave after the check-out time, an additional cleaning staff waiting fee may be charged. However, in unavoidable situations such as sudden illness, we may be able to assist depending on the next guest’s schedule, so please contact us. ● Please check carefully for any belongings before checking out. Items left behind will be kept for 7 days. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, they may be disposed of. If you request shipping, the shipping cost will be paid by the guest. 【Guest number and changes】 ・The maximum number of guests is 8. ・If the number of guests increases or if any guest changes from the original reservation, please inform us in advance. ※You do not need to report if the number of guests decreases. ・As with a typical hotel, an additional guest fee will be charged regardless of how long the extra guest stays. ・No refunds can be made for a decrease in guest numbers or early departure during the stay. ・If guests change during the stay within the declared number of guests, advance notice is still required. ・For foreign guests, passport information must be submitted for any new guest. If this information cannot be provided, that person cannot stay under Japanese law. ・Please note that staying without declaring the correct number of guests may be considered illegal unpaid accommodation. ● Unlike a typical hotel, linen exchange is generally not provided during the stay. Please use the washing machine if needed. ● Smoking is not allowed inside the property. This includes electronic cigarettes. If there is any evidence of smoking indoors, a deodorizing fee of 20,000 yen will be charged, as it may cause inconvenience to the next guests. ● Damage and stains ・If sheets or towels are severely damaged, stained, or have blood stains, a special cleaning fee may be charged. ・If there is damage to the property, stains, missing items, damaged equipment, missing parts, or intentional malfunction, repair or replacement costs may be charged. Please use the property and facilities with care. ● Leftover food and food waste can cause odors. Please do not leave them out. Dispose of them in the burnable trash bin. We appreciate your cooperation so that the next guests can also enjoy a comfortable stay. ● As this is an unmanned property, we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. ● Please do not place garbage outside the building.
