There is a ladder to reach the top bunk and there is a safety rail. Both of these are secure. However, we cannot control anything beyond that, therefore we will not accept any responsibility for any falls or accidents that may occur. Your booking this rental is your statement of acknowledging our terms and your understanding that you are extending SWD Investments LLC, of a hold harmless agreement for any accidents of use of the bunkbeds. There is an outdoor shower and foot washer located by the gate that goes straight to the beach. Other things to note Make sure you check in the front office and get a parking pass for $20.
