River Beachfront Cottage

This newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect place for your next getaway! Enjoy sitting out on your private deck and taking in the scenery of the Peaceful Richibucto River. The huge picture windows give you a spectacular view of the river day and night from your comfy couch or dining room table. Feel free to head out for a walk on this great stretch of sand beach, you might be the only people out there! You will hear and see the fishing boats working every day from our cottage! The space The entire cottage/ beach house is yours for the week. Master bedroom - Queen bed Second bedroom- 2 Twin beds Small futon in the living area. Both bedrooms have very large closets. Full bathroom- tub/shower enclosure For your convenience, we provide: toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, bed linens, towels and beach towels, dog blankets to protect furniture, dish, hand & laundry soaps, cleaning products. Satellite TV Wifi included Access to shared laundry facilities. **The beach has lots of sand! Nature and the tides do unearth clam shells, seaweed, occasionally broken glass and artifacts from the 1800’s shipbuilding era of NB (ex: pottery pieces used as ballast in ships crossing the Atlantic) It is fantastic for beachcombers! We recommend wearing sandals or other water shoes. The beach is lovely and easy to walk. (Please browse photos of beach) Great for kids & dogs as the water stays shallow at shore but wading out it becomes great for swimming. Please note: there are 2 separate cottages on this property. The other smaller cottage is called River Beachfront Bunkhouse. Other things to note Strict no smoking inside the cottage policy. I can provide outdoor fire proof ashtrays, if needed. We live in a heavily forested province and ask that you properly dispose of ashes etc.
