We hope that you enjoy the space, as we did when it was our family home. It's an easy 25 minutes from Temora & 10 minutes off the Newell Highway. Build memories with family & friends or get some well deserved time away on your own or somewhere to unwind during that work trip. We will provide you with the provisions for your first breakfast & we won't charge a cleaning fee to keep it affordable. Ariah Park is a quiet, historic 1920s little village, with so much to offer. The space This is a comfortable 3 bedroom home which has been recently renovated. It is light and airy but still warm and comfortable. There is reverse cycle for ease but also a fire place for those cooler months and an evaporative cooler for those hot days. The lounge is new and comfortable - so sit back and relax, enjoy watching your favourite show on TV, relax and read your latest book or if your family is more the competitive type - there are some board games provided. There are 2 queen beds and two single beds available. There is a stretcher bed available on request for larger groups or families. We have a portable cot available for the littlest ones. The main bed has an ensuite. There is plenty of outdoor space for the kids and adults alike with a large back deck that looks over green lawn. There is a tramploine for the little energetic ones. The yard is fully fenced for peace of mind. There is a fire pit to enjoy during the cooler months. Relax with a cool drink in summer and watch the kids play from the deck.
