A peaceful and calm space for you to enjoy. Space comes with full kitchen, dining, and bathroom exclusively for your own use. Centrally located in the heart of Beamsville, ON. Close to all the beauty that the city of Beamsville has to offer. There are beautiful trails that are walking distance from the house, allowing for you to enjoy nature. 4 mins to the QEW, with mins drive to bakeries, grocery stores, wineries & restaurants. 30 mins to the beautiful Niagara Falls. 33 mins to Hamilton. The space A basement unit in a 2 storey house. Unit has a door that remains locked to prevent access to the rest of the house. Parking: park on the right side of the driveway during your stay. No parking issues. Entrance: from the right side of the property. there is a side gate and an outdoor cemented staircase into the house. this is a covered staircase. Entry: this is a keyed and coded entry. entry code will be provided on the day of check in. Also next to the fridge is the furnace and water heater room.
