Over 36 m² spread over two levels, the small cottage opens onto a 16 m² kitchen-living room, heated with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace. A small 2 m2 bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, dry toilet and auxiliary radiator extends this space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a traditional gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Upstairs, the 18 m2 bedroom-living room includes a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa, small TV, books and magazines. In the bedroom, you will find new and spacious bedding (160 x 200) with the bed made upon arrival. The floor is heated by efficient electric heaters. All linens and towels (towels and bathrobes) as well as the supplies and products necessary for the maintenance of the cottage, are provided and included in the price, as well as wood, sawdust and body care products (shampoo, soaps, shower gel of organic quality and local certified "nature and progress"). In front of the house, a small landscaped and flowered garden with a lounge and deckchairs invites you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Parking space is available next to the house. Your pets are welcome under certain conditions. Surrounded by woods, meadows, streams and ponds, 2 steps from the doorstep, the panoramic view of the landscape is remarkable. The many hiking trails, paths and bike paths in the immediate vicinity will delight walkers. The cottage is only 5 minutes from Chénérailles and Lavaveix-les-Mines (SNCF shuttle station), 25 minutes from Aubusson or Guéret, and 20 minutes from the RN 145.
