Aston Hill House

A peaceful hilltop retreat near downtown Saco & Biddeford The space Hello, and welcome to the Saco River! Our home is a unit on top of a hill overlooking a dense forest (with views of the Saco River in the fall and winter months when the leaves fall off the trees). It in a two-unit building set back from the road. We have two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one with a full bed, plus a couch for an additional sleeping space. Our home is equipped with a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a beautiful deck overlooking the woods. Aston Hill House is quiet, and the views are peaceful. We (your hosts, Michael and Sarah) live next door, so we are available to address any concerns. We are a 1 mile walk to downtown Saco or downtown Biddeford's charming Lincoln Hotel Bar and Batson River Distilling Company, plus countless restaurants and shops. We are also a 20 minute drive to Kennebunkport and a 25 minute drive to Portland. You can soak up some rays at Bayview Beach or Ferry Beach, right here in Saco (4.5 miles away), Old Orchard Beach (6.3 miles away), or Goose Rocks Beach (10.4 miles away). There is a boat launch just down the street at Diamond Park on Irving Street (a half mile walk). The Saco River is a great place to kayak and canoe. Please NOTE that there is NO RIVER ACCESS from our property. Guest access You will have a full kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms (one with a large walk-in closet) plus a large deck. Other things to note We provide pots and pans, cooking utensils, and dishes. There is a Shaw's grocery store 1 mile away. Please let us know if there is anything else you need. We live right next door.
