Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This centralized cottage is walking distance to downtown Lakeview, the hospital, schools, pool and restaurants. It is a short walk to some of the most beautiful hikes, and an easy ride to the top of black cap. Only a 10 minute drive to Warner Mountain Ski Hill! The home is simple and clean and has everything you need to get out of the city and enjoy the simplicity of this home. Surrounded by quiet neighbors, this is the perfect get away The space The kitchen is spacious and packed with a coffee maker, essentials for cooking, air fryer, oven and microwave. The open floor plan makes it easy to enjoy time with the cook and all other guests, while watching tv. The living space offers a few games for all to enjoy. The bathroom has a tiled shower and offers many open shelves for your personal items. A washer and dryer, and all laundry essentials and cleaning supplies fill the mud room in the back, and both rooms offer Queen sized beds. Guest access The entire home and front area is open for use, the back area is open for pets. The driveway may be used for parking. Please do not enter the shed area. Other things to note This home is a remodeled but older home heated and cooled by a mini split in the front room with a mobile remote on the wall. The back up heat is monitor heat, when it comes on it can have an odor for a quick moment, for bookings with more than a 24 hour notice the home will be pre-heated/cooled for last minute bookings the home will be on a cooler setting with back up heat. The water in town is hard but safe to drink. we have a purified water jug but we do recommend bringing additional drinking water as the water can have a scent at times.
