For longer bookings, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at additional cost. • Please report any concerns or maintenance issues promptly so we can resolve them. • Sofa bed set-up is available for confirmed bookings only (extra linen fee applies). • Secure parking height clearance applies. If you are bringing a car, please confirm vehicle size before arrival. • Early check-in/late check-out depends on availability and may incur a fee. • Loss of keys/access fob will incur a replacement fee.
