Relaxing, atmospheric, two-story villa in Rovaniemi, is waiting for you! The villa is located near lake Salmijärvi, offering activities both in the summer and winter. Inside, you'll find plenty of things to do. Family's little ones included. Toys, games, and entertainment—there's something for everyone! Villa has total of six bedrooms, two toilets, and a private shower room with a sauna to ensure your comfort. Covered kitchen and three living rooms make sure you enjoy your stay. Welcome! -H&J The space Villa holds total of six bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are in the lower, street floor, while four of the bedrooms are located floor above in the second room. There are queen sized beds, one bunk bed, one regular (80 cm) bed and one kids bed (toddler size) that is easy to use and adjust. There is also one baby's bed at your disposal. Every room is different from the other. We hope you find our vision interesting and relaxing. Villa has total of two private bathrooms / toilets. Private shower with sauna is also included. Villa has total of three living rooms, which offers possible activities during cold winter evenings. Couple of smart televisions are connected with today's game consoles, two PlayStation 5's. If you have multiple kids that enjoy gaming like Fortnite for example, they can play together with each for their own consoles. We also have games for sharing the fun with your loved ones. Free Wifi also makes sure that you can watch your favorite movies and series. One of the bedrooms also has computer in it if you prefer playing on keyboard and mouse. Main living room also has entry to the balcony. If you're lucky, you can spot Northern Lights from the balcony at evenings. Do you have little kids in your family? Awsome! We have plenty of toys for everyone from baby to grown kids. From Legos to dolls, from nerf guns to Pets, nobody is missing out while visiting us. Little play kitchen is also included. Outside of the villa you can find sledge's during winter, that are free of use for villa's guests. Sledge's are also easy way to travel shorter distances with the kids. There's also downhill next to the villa, so kids can enjoy sledging nearby. Villa has spacious kitchen for everyone to enjoy. Fridge and freezer are spacious enough to uphold even bigger family's foods and needs. Washing machine makes sure that you wont run out of clean dishes. Have you ever been to sauna? Villa has Finnish sauna in it, if you want try this traditional Finnish way. We understand it is not for everybody. Guest access The whole villa is yours to explore except the locked garage. There is no access to the garage from inside, so you don't have to worry about accidentally getting access. Other things to note You don't have to be afraid about cold in our villa. Villa has total of two fireplaces and latest smart heaters that make sure, that you're warm enough to enjoy your stay. There also heating from the floor in some of the rooms.
