Ridgeview Retreat- hottub, WiFi, amazing view!

Bring the whole family to The Ridgeview Retreat, a NEW vacation rental backed up to the beautiful Black Hills of SD, with wildlife roaming the yard for you to watch. This is our beautiful home that we’re so excited we get to share with you. We have multiple amenities- both fun and relaxing. Being centrally located, you can reach the MANY local Black Hills attractions. There’s endless sites to see and things to do. The space While staying at our beautiful Black Hills Ridgeview Retreat you will find that it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two separate living areas. The house can sleep 11 people, this includes use of the bunk bed room. (children 5 and under are not counted in the number of guests allowed) there is also an air mattress for the kids, etc. You can relax in an elegant kitchen/living space in the upstairs. Here there is island seating and a good sized dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal or delicious take-out. (Oven, stove, microwave, and grill are all accessible) In this space you can also relax with the propane ran fire place, just flip the switch on the side. (please remember to turn it off when you’re done with it). Just off the kitchen is the large deck and a view of the Black Hills that will leave you speechless. When you’re out here, you can relax in the hot tub, or around the propane fueled fire table while sitting on a luxurious patio sofa. Back inside, upstairs, and down the hall from the kitchen/great room, you will find a Master suite. Providing a comfortable king bed, along with seating, and a smart TV. The Master bathroom is elegant and clean with a double-sided walk-in-shower to clean up after a long day of vacationing. It also provides a his and hers vanity so there’s plenty of room when you’re getting ready. This bathroom has a washer and dryer in the closet. Attached to the master suite is a calm and nurturing children’s room that has a twin over full bunk bed, a bench for reading books, stuffies to snuggle, and a pack n play for the littlest ones. Also upstairs is another guest room with a calm vibe, where you will find a queen bed, great for a good nights rest. The guest bathroom is upstairs in the hallway as well. As you move down the stairs, which is ground level, you will find a warm and cozy family room with a large smart TV so you don’t have to miss out on your programs, the big game, or the news. While relaxing, the family can also enjoy the game table that has air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. We also provide a deck of cards and tic tac toe to keep everyone entertained! You’re welcome to bring your gaming systems and hook them up to the TV for added amusement. Just down the hall from the family room is a larger basement guest room with a fluffy king bed and a warm, free feeling. This room also provides a rocking chair and a nice walk in closet. Plenty of space for an extra floor mattress or pack n play. If you keep going down the hall you will find the last guest bedroom that offers another smaller space with a queen bed. This room will leave you refreshed the next morning! And don’t worry there’s a guest bathroom downstairs as well so no one has to wait. Along with another washer/dryer in close proximity. Please note: the downstairs is easily accessible and would provide living space, bathroom, and bedroom for anyone in the group who couldn’t do stairs. The kitchen and master suite with kids room is up the stairs so not as easily accessible. We don’t want you to forget, if all of the main house isn’t enough space for your group, and you want sleeping for four more; we have a guesthouse above the garage that you can rent as well. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, the living room has a couch with a pull out queen bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. We have this listed separately under “Ridgeview Guest House” and it’s just as cozy as the main quarters. It is NOT wheel chair accessible as it’s above the garage so stairs are required. *** CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AS A TRAVEL NURSE HAS IT RENTED FOR HER TIME WORKING IN THE AREA We KNOW, in our hearts, that you will be comfortable and have the most amazing stay at our Ridgeview Retreat, so pick us! Guest access Guests are welcomed into the entire main home and provided with one garage stall (left side and the clicker is left in the house). The main house contains the entire front and backyard. We ask that guests stay off the garage house deck and away from behind that. We also ask they use the left side of the driveway and keep the right side clear. Extended stays (7 days +) are available and even discounted! Other things to note Location: Our home is centrally-located just 9.1 miles (15min) from Rapid City, SD. The road is paved up until turning onto “Ridgeview Drive” which is about 250 feet of gravel and it’s the third driveway on the right. It is 18.3 miles to Bear Country, 16.3 miles to Reptile Gardens, 20.2 miles to Ellsworth, 23 miles to Sturgis, 36.1 miles to Deadwood, 42.6 miles to Spearfish, 44 miles to Terry Peak, 39.5 miles to Lead, 32.2 miles to Mount Rushmore, 40.8 miles to Custer State Park, 36 miles to Hill City, 30 miles to Keystone, 69.5 miles to Hot Springs (Evans Plunge), and 67.6 miles to the Badlands National Park. So you can see it all! The house is in close proximity to the Forest Service and many hiking trails you can use as well!! Let us know if we can help with information on these. **If snow is forecasted during your stay please contact us about road conditions. We will do our best to keep driveways clear and salted to melt ice but we want to ensure your safety and accessibility to the house! On Tuesdays if you are staying with us we would greatly appreciate if you put the trash bin at the end of the driveway. Garage door openers are there for your use. The house gets the left stall. The right stall is used for the guest house, Please take good care of them as we would have to charge fees if they’re lost or damaged.
