CONDOMINIO COCO MAR, 4-6 Calle Gardenia, Isla Verde Carolina, PR 00979 The studio is Located on the ground floor APT# 102, in a very secured, cameras monitored and clean building. The building used to be a hotel, so don’t expect a a very large room. Although we do not allow smoking in the studio, you can smoke while sitting on the cement walkway by the beach. Our security windows have a Sun Sheer for privacy and a pull cord BLACK OUT shade for night darkness. We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars and casinos. The 24 HR PUEBLO Supermarket is 2 min. drive. At PUEBLO, you can buy everything, including liquors, HOT FOOD and Suchi. You can also buy food items, beach items and souvenirs at the 24 HR. CVS Pharmacy located a few city blocks away, in Isla Verde Plazoleta Mall. In the nearby Isla Verde mall, there is a DENNY's Restaurant. Car Rentals are at VIAS on Calle Rosa or Sixt across from Denny’s and near Platos Restaurant. Our CONDOMINIO COCO MAR has a private parking lot with a park on any spot available rule. Parking is not guaranteed if all the spots are taken at anytime. The parking is not suitable for large SUV’s or Pickups. ** Please view our GUIDEBOOK for suggestions on Restaurants and other venues or things to see and do, near the apartment". - A Security Deposit of $200.00 Is required and will be put on your credit card as a HOLD by Airbnb. Other things to note Our nightly rate starts at 3pm and ends at 11 am. Guests arriving after midnight, MUST book and pay for the previous night. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER MIDNIGHT, PLEASE BE AS QUIET AS POSSIBLE. We give you as much private space as possible. We have a LOCKBOX for your SELF CHECK IN EXPERIENCE. We provide the Code and the instructions for check in. Also, There are guest instructions left in the apartment in cases where we are not available for check ins. IMPORTANT: When taking a shower, run the water for a minute or so at first by softly pulling the turn on loop outward. For HOT WATER, the loop has to be on the LEFT. This helps the line water heater in providing constant hot water. Also, please ensure that if you use the shower cabin sprays, you turn the knob back to the shower overhead or hand held sprayer, before turning off the water. Thanks! IMPORTANT: DO NOT BRING ANY SAND INTO THE BUYILDING OR THE STUDIO. Please BRUSH OFF any sand before entering the building. This includes the BEACH CHAIRS. MAKE SURE TO SHAKE OFF THE SAND FROM THE BEACH TOWELS, they tend to bring the sand into the studio. WE ARE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO WALK AROUND THE STUDIO WITH SAND ALL OVER THE FLOOR. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower/faucet at the back of the building and parking area. Sand in the apt shower will clog up the drains. Thank you for adhering to this. PLEASE, HELP US conserve energy by turning off the electricity and specially the A/C, when leaving the apt. A plus is that the apt is on the ground floor and under the main entrance's canopy, you will notice that the apt stays cool after the A/C is off and it will cool rapidly after you turn it back ON. Also, please make sure that you shut the faucets, when not in use. Water is very precious in Puerto Rico and specially in Coco Mar. Thanks! THERE IS A WALMART SUPERCENTER ABOUT A 10 MINUTE RIDE IN SANTURCE. LIABILITY WAIVER: Property Owner assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incidents, such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. We will consider each case on an individual basis and according to the circumstances.
