We ask that you respect this by keeping noise levels down. • No parties or events: We have a strict no-party, no-hens, and no-bucks policy. We want to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours. No exceptions. • Smoking is prohibited inside the property.. • Treat our house, its contents, and the yard with respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. • Use of the spa, garden and play equipment is at your own risk. Please note that the garden is adjacent to a dry creek bed. During heavy rainfall, shallow standing water may occur.
