Less than 10 mins walk to Sydenham station (18 mins to London Bridge, 25 mins to Shoreditch), Penge East (for Brixton & Victoria) and Penge West (for East Croydon). 176 bus stop 1 min walk that takes you right into town (Tottenham Court Road) all day and all night. The space First floor. Double bedroom. Free parking outside. Lovely shared garden and 5 mins walk to the fantastic and historic Crystal Palace Park. The availability for this room is when I’m travelling. My lodger Simone (a hardworking handyman) may be there (or you may have the place to yourself). If he is there he will be out most of the time!
