This home has been designed with comfort in mind, with stairs rather than ladder access to the loft as well as a spacious living/dining area. Lower level - Master bedroom with a double bed. Medium firm mattress and cotton bedding. Bedroom enjoys it's own access to the patio. - Lounge that serves as a dining area thanks to the convertible coffee table. - Fully equipped kitchen, including two burner gas stove and Nespresso coffee machine. - Kitchen bench can be extended for extra bench space or a breakfast bench. - Bathroom. - Reverse cycle air conditioning. Patio - Sliding doors and bifold kitchen window create seamless indoor/outdoor living. - Wall mounted folding table can be used for outdoor dining, as a servery or as a bar table. Your self-contained accommodation is located a short distance from our main residence, and positioned in such a way as to ensure your peace and privacy. Guest access Self-contained tiny home and shared backyard. Other things to note WiFi is strong in loft, good in bedroom and poor in kitchen, dining room and verandah. No television. Odourless composting toilet. Not connected to mains water. We collect delicious rainwater in our water tanks. Discounted rates offered for university placements and medium-term stays. Accommodation is located on the same block as our main residence, but positioned in such a way to give you privacy.
