No leases, subleases, or month-to-month rental agreements will be created. • Booking Limits: All reservations are capped at 29 nights maximum per booking. Guests may book again if available, but each stay must be processed separately through Airbnb. • No Mail or Packages: For privacy and legal reasons, personal mail or packages cannot be received at this property. Guests may use: • USPS General Delivery at Emory Post Office, or • a Temporary P.O. Box at their own expense. • Primary Residence: The host resides on-site. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the home freely while respecting designated spaces. Sleep in your assigned and purchased room, but feel free to explore and unwind in shared areas: • Garage Fun: Shoot hoops with our Pop-A-Shot basketball game. If you’ve been at the lake and need to dry delicate swimwear, use the air dryer and collapsible drying rack located in the laundry room, but please hang dry on drying rack in the garage. • Entertainment & Relaxation: Stream your favorite shows and games in the living room (log in with your own credentials). Take in the night sky from the back patio with our two comfy rocking chairs, a portable lamp for journaling, and a complimentary journal (upon request) to release stress. • Wellness & Reflection: Stay active with gym equipment or partake in journaling thought’s away. • Pantry, Refrigerator, Freezer & Laundry: We welcome you to stay hydrated and saucy with any beverages from the refrigerator, herbal teas and first-aid kits located top-right of the fridge, while the pantry is packed with dry goods and the freezer is stocked with frozen breakfast items for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The laundry room is equipped with detergent to freshen up clothes before departure. Please remove all dryer sheets and lint, and check for any items (ink pens, etc.) that could damage the machines prior to washing/drying. 🚪 Restricted Areas: Please do not enter the main bedroom (diagonally across from the pantry) or the main closet (inside and to the right of the laundry area before the washer and dryers). 🔑 Garage Access: Available for entry/exit only with prior discussion and approval from the host as needed. Mail Delivery: No mail delivery allowed, if any guest’s receive mail, entry access will be denied and guest will have to vacate the premise’s immediately no matter any law.
