Enjoy a peaceful vacation in this Provençal villa nestled between vineyards and forest, just minutes from Aix-en-Provence, Luberon, Alpilles and Calanques. Lively downtown with restaurants and shops 5 min away. The house includes 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. Outside: several dining and relaxation areas, a swimming pool and a pool house perfectly equipped to fully enjoy the sun. The space Villa composed on the Ground floor: - Living room/TV area - Dining room and kitchen next door. - Laundry room with dryer and washing machine. - 2 Bedrooms - 1 bathroom with toilet As well as various access to the outdoors, the house has multiple dining and cocooning areas outside. Upstairs: - Two bedrooms, one with its office area and direct access to the garden on the pétanque court side. - 1 dressing room - Toilet - 1 bathroom. Outside, there are various places for relaxation and leisure: Hammock, sun loungers, petanque court, swing, etc. The huge advantage of the house is its pool area and pool house with plancha, American fridge, etc. Other things to note Cats: We have two small cats, Iggy and Falco. During our absence they are totally independent, the neighbor takes care of them. However, they are very affectionate and can visit you. Allergy sufferers beware the most pleasant stay possible. Gauthier is first of all personally available to welcome you, give you advice, recommendations and answer your questions. Upon arrival, you will have access to: - very good quality sheets, as well as two towels per person; - Nespresso coffee and choice of tea; - everything you need to cook (spices, salt, pepper, oil...); - a welcome tray with some treats and local delicacies - miscellaneous: paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc. I come from a family of farmers, in summer I can provide you with: - fresh and organic eggs - various vegetables from our vegetable garden (fully organic and pesticide-free): Tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, chili peppers, beans, garlic, onions; cucumber etc... don't hesitate to ask me before you arrive.
