The house was recently remodeled in 2018 and has all the amenities for our guests: Bedrooms with air conditioning, hot and cold water, equipped kitchen, TV in the bedrooms. And best of all, a beautiful private beach when leaving the house. Free kayak service. The space The house has 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom has 3 beds, 1 king size bed and 2 single beds and 2 hammocks with its own bathroom inside the bedroom, air conditioning and TV. The second bedroom has 1 single bed, 2 double beds and 2 hammocks, TV and air conditioning. 1 large room for hanging hammocks or a play and rest area. 2 full bathrooms 1 meter from the bedroom doors. Fully equipped kitchen, with cooking utensils, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender. We provide complimentary sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, purified water, charcoal. We have kayaks at your disposal and snorkeling equipment at no cost to our guests. Grill and charcoal at your disposal to make your family barbecues. The newly remodeled house in January 2018 has all the amenities, air conditioning in the bedrooms, TV, hot and cold water, refrigerator and electrical appliances for your comfort. The house has a beautiful private beach, a resting palapa with lounge chairs, a swing and hammock chairs. Guest access The Rio Indio coastal area does not have common restaurant and shopping services near the property, so we recommend our guests bring or go to the village of Mahahual beforehand to stock up on merchandise, drinks and ice. Restaurants are 15 minutes from the house in the village of Mahahual. Other things to note The Lussiernaga house is a place totally isolated from the development but very safe and with 24-hour surveillance since we have a family that takes care of the house and our guests. The newly remodeled house now has electricity! The only thing we needed to make all our guests more comfortable. The previous comments until December 2017 were when we did not have electricity, even so the guests rated us very well and their vacations were unforgettable. Now with electricity, we as hosts can give you all the services you need for your comfort that you currently already have.
