Rend Lake Retreat

Staying here means you have your own space, private pool in summer, country views, less than a mile from the lake and nearby year-round activities. Plenty of parking spaces! What makes this place special is comfy beds and the gathering potential to have everyone under one roof while being next to something for everyone: kayaking, beaches, boat ramps, parks, hiking, wildlife photography, hunting, fishing, golf, Du Quoin rodeo, and plenty of food options. The space This property is a 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath ABOVE GROUND POOL AND OUTDOOR GAMES for spring and summer days FIRE PIT AREA for fall and winter days Primary bedroom has a king size nectar bed ****Pregnancy pillow in master closet to help aid in the expecting parent’s comfort night sleep! 2nd bedroom has a queen size nectar bed 3rd room has two twin nectar beds There is a queen size blow up mattress available (upon request) let me know when booking. We do have some family games in the front hall closet as well as a multi-board game on the small kitchenette table in the corner nook area. We have Skeeball and basketball arcade games in the garage as well as a old school pool table. Club chairs to sit and relax. TVs in every bedroom with access to satélite wifi internet. (Hughes net elite) They do have a few apps downloaded for movie access. We also have a dvd player in living room with some movies incase of storms which can affect the internet signal. Home has an open floor plan right when you walk in with a huge kitchen island great for gathering around and enjoying company. If hosting an family event or birthday, please let me know. Party events have an extra fee to host on site. Maximum number of guest for event is 25 people. Just let me know prior to booking to adjust for the event price. We do have some very heavy long tables (no chairs though) that can be set up outside for the event. (Too long and heavy for indoor use). We are a pet friendly house. (Dogs and a cat) so bring your furry friends! The house is located approximately 0.8 miles away from lake boat dock. Short drive to Walmart or Dollar general and save a lot. Other things to note We are surrounded by farms and farm animals. Please don’t wonder off property to neighbors land to avoid issues or injury. Deer and other wildlife are plentiful around the property! Hunters and wildlife enthusiasts are welcome. Large parties are prohibited!
