The space The studio unit offers a perfect blend of island vibes and urban sophistication. This spacious studio suite measures approximately 400 square feet and features a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The unit includes a kitchenette equipped with essential amenities, including a Frozen Concoction Maker® for crafting your favorite tropical drinks. Guests can enjoy the resort’s rooftop relaxation zone, which boasts spectacular city views, a pool, sun deck, and live entertainment. The tropical ambiance continues at the FINS Beach Bar and the JWB Grill, offering delightful dining options. Additional amenities include a fitness center, fire pit, Outdoor/Seasonal Pool and concierge services to help plan your local tours. Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the resort is just a few blocks from popular attractions like Honky Tonk Highway, Broadway, and Music Row. Whether you’re exploring the vibrant music scene or relaxing by the pool, this resort provides an ideal escape for a memorable stay. NOTE Guest checking in must be 21 or older. Conference room is booked at a fee. We can reach out to the resort for you to collect what the fee will be during your stay. Valet parking on-site is available for $57 per night. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure.
