Beautiful 70s style villa in a valley of the Aude. This four-bedroomed villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. In a quiet street ten minutes' walk from a bustling market town, the villa has a private swimming pool (no shallow end and shared with an apartment to back of property). It has a veranda, barbecue and garden. Private parking and WiFi throughout the property. The property is not suitable for children under 15 years old. The space The main house includes a kitchen, a living room/TV and a lounge area. A large hallway with a separate toilet. There are three bedrooms up some stairs to the rear of the property, and the main bathroom is located here too. The washing machine and clothes line are in the garage, which is accessed from the hallway. There is also a second shower in the garage. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor above the living room/TV area. This bedroom has its own bathroom ( no shower in this bathroom). There is also a work area /study on this level. It is situated on the mezzanine floor above the lounge/tv area and is therefore not soundproofed from the downstairs lounge. The exterior of the property consists of a driveway, a swimming pool and a garden to the front of the property. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables around the pool area and a sun umbrella. The pool house has an outside toilet. There is a dedicated BBQ area and a veranda with an outdoor eating space. Guest access Guests can use the main house and the garden and BBQ area are private to them. There is an apartment on the first floor to the back of the property. The apartment has its own separate outdoor area to the back of the property. Guests are not overlooked from the apartment. There is no view of the pool from this apartment. I live in this apartment most of the year and there are normally two adults here. We do not use the pool when guests are renting the main house.
