Being in the middle of all the action, but at a dead-end road that offers unmatched peace and tranquility. The house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep a maximum of five people. The space This property offers 2 Hot tubs, two kayaks, fishing poles, and firepit. Kayaks can be used at over 7 locations less than 4 miles away. We offer fire food for the firepit. Hot tubs are kept between 96-99 degrees at check in. Guest access Guests have access to the property by a four-digit access code sent the day of check in. Other things to note In the event of a power outage affecting the hot tub's readiness for your reservation, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently, working diligently with local power providers to restore electricity as quickly as possible. Please Note: The first floor of the property is also a separate vacation rental, and there might be potential booking overlap." Arriving for your reservation with more guests than listed in your initial reservation will result in a 200$ fine per person. Smoking of any kind inside my home will result in a 250$ fine and immediate termination of your reservation. There are ashtrays outside on the deck with a gorgeous view for you to enjoy your smoke. If your reservation Includes a pet, the possibility of a 100$ fine for not picking up after your dog's poop, and a 50$ fee if the listing is left with excessive dog hair. There is a Max limit of 50 lbs. for the visiting dog.
