El Tucán offers cozy rooms with exceptional breakfast and access to the pool in the summer. Guests can enjoy an hour of tinaja for an additional cost and 10% off at the restaurant. There are large gardens with private parking. The staff is friendly, ensuring a homey experience. The space House Rules: - For safety and security reasons, both for our guests and our facilities, the gate closes at 12:00 AM. - Do not damage the facilities (a fine will be applied, starting at $2,000) - Room towels are exclusively for bathroom use, not for the pool! - 10% discount in the restaurant, applies only to guests! - Use of Hawaiian in the bathroom shower. - One pet is allowed per room and you must bring your accessories (bed). - Pets cannot get on the beds and must relieve themselves on their sheets or outside the rooms. The owner must clean up their pet's waste. $20,000 fine if these rules are not followed. Guest access Guests enjoy access to the pool during the summer season as well as our green areas. They also receive a 10% discount on our restaurant menu. In addition, we offer an hour of tinaja at an extra cost. For children we have children's games, while for adults there are options such as foosball, ping-pong and a billiard room. We are located in the first village of La Obra, at the foot of the foothills, in a natural environment, just 3 kilometers from the strip center, 25 kilometers from the tourist square of San José de Maipo and 60 kilometers from the hot springs of Baños Morales, in addition to other attractions in our commune of San José de Maipo.
