The location of the chalet located on the heights of the resort will allow you to enjoy a panoramic view of the area. Ideal for families or groups wishing to enjoy the calm of the ultra-residential area. The space This new and extremely bright place will welcome you this winter in a refined and warm environment where wood and contemporary decoration mix. The heart of the city is a short walk from the chalet. This one is on a fairly steep mountainside, snow tires or snow chains may be needed. We have taken special care in the decoration and layout of our apartment to make you feel at home, while having upscale amenities. LE CHALET: - Lounge area comfortably furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and large TV. - The dining area that can accommodate 8 guests to share around a large table is in the center of the living room including the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cooking hood, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, fondue appliances. Here, everyone has a moment of relaxation and conviviality! - 3 bedrooms, all bathed in light with storage closets. - 3 bathrooms including 1 with bathtub (master suite), sinks and 2 with walk-in showers (bedrooms) and hairdryer. - 1 Mezzanine located above the living room, sleeps 2 adults or 2 children over 10 years old (for safety reasons). - 2 separate toilets (Level 0 and -1) - 1 toilet in master suite (Level -1) - 1 laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer (adjoining the kitchen) SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: - LEVEL -1 : 1 master suite with king size bed with bathroom open to the bedroom equipped with a large bathtub, a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. - LEVEL -1 : 2 bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathrooms equipped with a walk-in shower and vanity furniture. - Quality box springs and bedding will ensure you have a restful sleep. INCLUDED with rental: - 2 parking spaces in front of the chalet - Bed linen (made upon your arrival) & towels available. Extra for stays of less than 7 nights: €20/p. - Baby kit available on request (crib, highchair, bathtub). - Wi-Fi. - Ski room on level -2 with direct access to the street through the airlock. - Ski boot dryer. HOUSEKEEPING: The end of stay cleaning in the amount of 300 Euros will be paid on arrival. ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: Personalized and humanized welcome directly at the chalet, visit of the premises provided by one of our available and smiling team members. Whenever possible, we facilitate access to the accommodation as soon as possible (especially outside periods of very high traffic), we are nevertheless constrained by incompressible deadlines necessary for the restoration of the accommodation, we attach particular importance to ensuring that the accommodation is impeccable when handing over the keys for our guests to spend an exceptional week. SECURITY DEPOSIT: For a total amount of one thousand five hundred euros, it will be requested when the keys are taken, it may be paid by check(s) and/or cash. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no deterioration is noted. In case of damage, it will be retained, the amount of damage will be deducted from the security deposit. If the security deposit amount does not cover the entire damage, an additional charge will be requested before departure. Guest access The entire property is available to guests. Other things to note A private shuttle service that will ensure your travel during the day (ski lifts) and in the evening (restaurants) can be offered (subject to availability to be confirmed directly with the post-booking service provider). Allow €500 for this service, which will be paid directly to the service provider.
