An apartment in the countryside

In the Mordellaise countryside, recently renovated, quiet and elegant apartment that can accommodate 5 people. Located 20 minutes from Rennes and Roazhon Park, and 30 minutes from Brocéliande, the location is ideal for discovering the region with family. Located 10 minutes from Hermitage-Mordelles train station and 15 minutes from Rennes Bretagnes airport and Parc Expo, the location is ideal for a business stay. The space Apartment located on the first floor of an old farmhouse (private access via an external staircase). It is composed of: - a living room with kitchenette, dining area and seating area ( with bench that can serve as an additional bed with duvet and bed linen available under the bench ), - a bedroom with a double bed and an office space, - a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed (access not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the low ceiling at the entrance) - a bathroom with WC. - an outdoor private terrace ( Bed linen and towels provided ) Guest access Private access to the apartment via an external staircase Self check-in (from 4pm) and checkout (until 11am). Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (outdoor staircase and low ceiling mezzanine access) Other things to note This is a home attached to our home that we make available when our children are away.
